Lindenwood Sports Hall of Fame
Justiene Groothuis was a five-year member of the women's lacrosse team and earned team MVP honors for four straight season and was also the team rookie of the year as a freshman. She help Lindenwood make the transition from the club to the NCAA level, and led Lindenwood to a 30-4 record and two conference championships in its first two years in the NCAA. She was a two-time first team all-WILA selection, a first-team All-American in 2010, and a first-team Academic All-District selection. In three years at the club level, she scored 139 goals and collected 51 assists, and 185 groundballs.
