Lindenwood Sports Hall of Fame
Rick Boyle, PhD, came to Lindenwood in 1997, and the former University of Arkansas football player brought with him his enthusiasm for intercollegiate athletics. One of Boyle's biggest contributions to the athletics department is the establishment of many endowed scholarships and awards that benefit student-athletes, including the Boyle Football Endowed Scholarship, the Rick and Karen Boyle Endowed Scholarship, and the Killian Physical Education Honors Award. Boyle has consulted and advised during the hiring process for many of Lindenwood's top coaches. He is Lindenwood's Vice President for Human Resources and also serves on the President's Athletic Advisory Committee, which has helped the school transition to the NCAA level.
